BRAND NEW – Royal Rooster ‘Chicken Castle’.

Spoil your chickens with one of these up-market coops, featuring an upstairs bedroom. This coop makes great use of space, utilizing the room beneath the housing section. This design provides excellent ventilation in hot weather and can be fitted with weather shields to make it a perfect hideaway in cold weather.

The Chicken Castle is 1.8m long, 0.9m wide and 1.05m high and is ideal for 2-3 chickens. The coops are made using specially designed Aluminum extrusion, strong galvanized mesh and ‘mini-flute’ corrugated iron walls. This means the coops are reasonably light (not as heavy as steel, but will definitely not blow away); they are very strong and made to last (aluminum does not rust). These quality coops will look just as good in many years time.

This coop features:

- Open floor design (allowing your chickens to dig up the ground beneath the coop. Ideal for over a veggie garden)- Upstairs bedroom complete with a wooden ladder, a wooden laying box and two wooden perches (the floor of the bedroom is mesh, allowing good airflow in this area)- Summer ventilation system (a mesh area in the housing section to allow adequate air flow)- ‘Mini-flute’ corrugated iron walls and roof (this looks great and does not get too hot in summer)- Front and rear door access (for food/ water and for collecting eggs)- Small sized galvanized mesh (difficult for children or foxes to damage)- Complete corrugated iron roof (providing maximum protection in summer and winter)

If you live in SA, you can pick your coop up from Cockatoo Valley, which is on the edge of the Barossa Valley. Otherwise we use a courier for a door to door service. Approximate delivery costs are outlined below for major cities. Our website provides a delivery calculator, where you can type your postcode in for an accurate delivery expense. Adelaide – $52; Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra – $67; Perth or Brisbane – $85.

Coops are generally dispatched 5 days after a purchase is made (assuming payment has been received).
